Mission Style Bedside Nightstands

Materials: Bekvam Kitchen Cart, Stain, Paint

Description: Cut the legs short, and equal length to be the height of the bed mattress. Threw out the wheels.

Stained all horizontal wood with a teak color stain. Painted all vertical wood with a seagull grey paint.

The mission style bed frame matches the Bekvam cart shelf style perfectly!

    wow! love it!. What kind of stain did you use? I really love the color of the tops and shelves on your project, and wanted to do something similar with the Groland kitchen island or a dining table. I noticed minwax doesn’t carry Teak. What brand did you use? How many coats? Did you use any pre-stain or finish? Thanks!
