Herrings
Materials: Fixa paintbrushes
Description: Where I come from they smoke the baltic herring by hanging it by the eye, and it is called böckling. So this was what came to my mind when I saw our fish hanging to dry. Easy fish made from a set cheap paint brushes, from IKEA. We cut off the brush part and painted with acrylic paint, decorated with markers.

Too cute! Sounds like a fun project for your child on a day when you can't get outside. Great idea!:)
ReplyDeleteExcellent idea!!! Maybe the best hack lately!!!
ReplyDeleteClever, but it's too bad all those good brushes were ruined to use for this . . . Just sayin' I'd feel better about it if they were all worn out, ready to be trashed brushes, that's all.
