Description: Poles and brackets are Stolmen, Storage unit is Expedit. Desktops and Shelves are from my workshop. Very adaptable and solid.

    Thanks for the tips! Would be great if you could provide photo details on how to fix the table top to the poles.

    Intend to use the workstation as my study/ ham shack( with IC7000)/Comp/ mini workshop all roll into one!

    The desktops (2) are attached in four places. At each side, to the Stolmen poles by sandwiching the desktop between two pole clamps. A nut/bolt are passed through a hole in the desktop to secure things. Then on the bottom side of the desktop, an 8″ length of angle iron (one on each side is attached to the desktop with short (1/2″) wood screws. The angle iron is then attached to the wall using wall anchors. This makes for a pretty solid setup which also stabilizes the poles.

    I’d love to see how the desk surfaces are attached to the Stolmen poles — did he use a special bracket or support?
