3 Ikea hackeas with stickers

Sian Astley gets busy with stickers for a quick new look.

1. A Lack table painted Dulux Pale Walnut, decorated with Ikea stickers and then varnished.

2. Morebo doors filled with Brain Yates butterfly flock wallpaper.

3. Damaged white table repainted, Ikea stickers, then varnished with clear gloss.

This was also used for a photo shoot.

  1. So far so good, the tenants have been using the tables and the varnish has held good, no peeling stickers!

  4. Please tell us how you painted the Lack table! I'm interested in repainting Ikea laminate and so far have found no good answers.

  5. I'm with Natalie... I have a couple of Lack tables & an Ikea laminate dresser that I'd like to redo, and I haven't been able to find out what kind of paint to use. Please spill the secrets, Sian!
