Hackers hep: Help in identifying couch

Hi everyone,

I’d like to purchase slipcover for this couch but do not remember the name/model number.  It was purchased in 2002.  (I’ve already contacted the slipcover makers that IKEA hackers recommends but no luck.)  Thanks in advance!
