MALM dresser goes romantic

An ordinary oak MALM dresser. I wanted it white, so I had to paint it and I disassembled the drawers before painting. Light sanding, one coat primer and three coats of paint to get the oak color covered. Drilled holes for attaching of new knobs in each drawer, and covered the fronts with wallpaper. It turned out very nice, I think :)

That’s so pretty… I’m currently re-doing my IKEA bedside table in a similar fashion. :)

Great idea! I have planned to reface my Expedit with wallpapers in a romantic style. This will be my “winter project”.

It looks great! Where did you get the knobs from?

Thanks :) The knobs were found on eBay :)
