Expedit homemade tops

expedit tops 1-766247

Materials: expedit 4×4, plywood, beam, magnets, double face strong tape, screws

Description: I was looking for a quick and cheap way to hide the messy shelves of my Expedit that would match my style.

To make each top I used:
33x33x0,5 cm plywood
4x2x1 cm beam (for the handle)
two magnets
double face very strong tape
2 screws

expedit tops 4-776319
expedit tops 3-773520
expedit tops 2-770851

With the tape fixed the magnets to the Expedit and the corresponding metal part to the plywood square.
screwed the handle to the plywood.

Está tão giro! Sempre é melhor que aquelas caixas/gavetas feitas para as Expedit qeu roubam imenso espaço aos 33x33cm de cada compartimento.
This is awesome! This way you can take advantage of the 33x33cm. It’s impossible to do it with the IKEA boxes made specificaly to fit in the Expedits.
