The Zoo Stuffed Animal Storage

Materials: Gorm Shelving Unit

Description: This was a very simple project to make. I put a Gorm Shelving Unit together as directed. I added two 1 by 4′s to each side and four 1 by 2′s to the front. I used a brad nailer and a small amount of wood glue to attach all.

All 1 by 2′s and 1 by 4′s were cut to the same length as the Gorm supports. Add a cute sign to name your zoo and you are finished.

A nice, simple hack and an even better idea! Thanks for sharing

Like the idea a lot! For all hackers, I think it could be useful to check to get an overview of all your things. You can easily add your things to a catalog, store receipts and get all warranties in one place

This is definitely not a nice example of how to treat animals.Better make some dog houses instead of cages.

Well there’s a sweet lesson to learn: animals belong in a cage.

This hack is symbolic of our desire to oppress and mistreat animals. A vegan am I not — but for the love of Saint Francis, why do we act out inner dark secret in such a nefarious manner? I had to explain to our kids why this hack is all that is wrong with Floridians.

it’s Cute. I’m Vegan And It’s Cute. Calm Down People. It’s A Creative Way To Stored Stuffed Animals…. Not An Evil PloT To Teach Kids To Abuse Animals.

I’ve seen something similar done with bungee rope (holes drilled at the top and bottom and the cord tied one the ends). This would allow a little bit of flexibility to move the toys in and out.

Get a grip people! I would think you would be more outraged over the deforestation to make the shelf and the chemicals to make the animals fire resistant. Honestly the world does not revolve round your cause of the week. this is a great hack.

The animals are very strategically placed. Seems like all the animals inside the cage look sad. Whilst all the animals outside the cage look happy. Hmmm.
