Ironing time and light in tuna sauce

Materials: that light, that clock, a iron, a Campisi tuna fish can

Description: Mom gave me a iron even though she knew I would never iron: I added that Ikea light on top of it, perfect for boring books.

Campisi is a marvelous fishermen shop down to Sicily, their products rule: I had that as a base for a broken clock.

Both of them have been there for ages, Ada told me about Ikea hackers. Make love and hack.

    thank you all!
yes, it isn’t anything so peculiar. it’s only the fact of turning found stuff into whatever else.

    ciao ciao

Glad to see this posted. I very much like turning a clamp light into a table lamp using an iron as a base. Found-object hacking at it’s best.

@Anon: It really is a digital clock (showing ?1:22). ;-)

rethinking it, the problem is that the light is ironing, and the clock is in tuna sauce…..

the clock is not even ikea, i don’t even see it as a clock. there is a pig face on it.

  6. Zettelwirtin says:

Maybe the lamp’s not really a hack, but the clock can count as that, can it?
Anyhow, the clock: Two round shapes, a vintage looking food container? Quite nice!
And even though I do not like the lamp/iron thingy, the lamp at least looks like a real vintage piece now, due to the arrangement. I like to disguise ikea pieces…^^°

    Useless, trash it.

where is the hack? putting the lamp on anything (even an iron) is not a hack.
