Billy for beginners


Materials: Billy

Description: Reshape a Billy to a real design library. To make optimal use of the 9.35 feet height of the room, we placed two modified IKEA billy bookcases on top of each other.

First we cut off the plinths of the bookcases that were to be placed on top. After that we cut of the top part of another bookcase and placed it under the top bookcase upside down, so that the full height of the room would be used. To connect everything together we used Clamex from Lamello.
