Trofast Craft Table


Materials: Trofast Frame, Trofast Wall Unit

Description: Put together Trofast Frame & Wall Unit as instructed. Use Wood Joiners (cheap, Home Depot) to join Frame to Wall Unit and Trofast bases to 39X60 cut Cabinet Grade Plywood (Home Depot $23- 2 free cuts). Cover with 38X59 self healing cutting mat (JoAnn Fabric). Use bins for craft supply storage/organization.

  1. Why use ugly visible metal joining brackets ?
    Just screw the top shelves on to the lower ones.

  2. You could totally do that. I wanted to keep them versatile and be able to use them as kids storage and a wall unit in the future. It would be easier for me to cover the small bracket holes on the side than screw holes on the top and bottom. The most secure would be to drill a hole and use a nut and bolt to hold it. The laminate is thin for wood screws. I also didn't mind the (I call it "rustic") metal brackets...it is a utility table not furniture. But, very good suggestion for anyone who wants it to look better.
