Hacker help: Ikea man/woman coat rack

Materials: ikea man/woman coat rack

Description: Sorry, I don’t have a hack. Only a question.

Ikea used to make a coat rack more than ten years ago that was the shape of a man and of a woman, made out of black metal.

I can’t seem to find it anywhere, not ebay, not craigslist, nowhere.

Any ideas where I could find one of these oldies but goodies?

I am looking for a Ikea clothes rack shaped like a man and a woman. I rented my house for a period of time and the renters threw them out! I am looking everywhere for one.
    Would appreciate any help.
    Kind regards,

Hi, my English isn’t so fine..but I hope I understand what you are looking for?!
I look in my old Ikea cataloges(from 1996 to now!!!) and I find it in 2002 the name is HÄPEN (price2002: 25€). When you look in “google pictures” for “HÄPEN IKEA” you will see some pictures. Perhaps its what you are looking for??? Greeting from good old Germany

  9. prue says:

Maybe it helps to know that the name was “Häpen”?
Good luck! (Here in Germany they seem to be on sale from time to time.)
