Baked Lampshade

Baking paper Lampshade

Materials: Ikea Orgel + baking paper

Description: When I was baking the other day...

... looking at a piece of leftover baking paper in my hands I had an idea and an old lampshade (Ikea orgel) down the basement.

So I quickly cut out (ahem, OK quick is actually a lie) 144 circles. At least I can handle a pair of compass perfectly again now. Then I took my hot-melt gun and glued the paper circles on to the lampshade in a staggered way like fish scales!

  1. Great idea! I've already read the post of this unique lamp and the other one, with the filter bags on Luzia Pimpinella's blog... Simply billiant!
