Modified LACK coffee table

Materials: 4x LACK tables, drill, wood glue

Description: I have made modifications to some LACK tables. It’s a pretty simple hack.

1.) (4) LACK tables (any colour you like)
2.) determine the height of the coffee table you want (an average coffee table is 17″ high, I decided to drop the lower portion 5″ and have the higher table 5″ from the other top, just to give the cubes some separation, so the corner legs for me is 11″)
3.) measure and cut (6) legs to 11″, (2) legs to 6″ and (2) legs to 3″ (or to whatever height you chose)
4.) drill the holes through the corners of the (2) bottom LACKs
5.) screw (3) 11″ and (1) 3″ legs to one of the piece you just drilled
6.) screw (3) 11″ and (1) 6″ legs to the other piece you just drilled
7.) screw (1) 6″ leg to the LACK top
8.) screw (1) 3″ leg to the other LACK top
9.) apply wood glue to the top of the legs of the bottom LACK, place the LACK top a single 6″ leg on top
10.) apply wood glue to the top of the legs of the other bottom LACK, place the LACK top a single 3″ leg on top
