Anton Beech/Birch Veneer takes a walk on the wild side…

Anton, high gloss paint, d-c-fix Self Adhesive Vinyl

Description: Practical but UGH-LY hand-me-down cabinet with a huge old grease stain on top. No way this was gonna stand next to my Expedits in my home office/livingroom looking like that!

Fast and easy fix.

Lightly sanded everything then painted the outside, drawer edges and handles (which I had removed previously) using black high gloss paint. Applied grey leopard d-c-fix self adhesive vinyl. Put the handles & lock back. Voila! Functional office furniture that doesn’t need to be hidden under a tablecloth anymore.

    Yep, it’s a Jersey thing. (c)

i also disagree w/ first poster.. while animal print may not be for everyone, the execution is great!! black high gloss makes it look so sleek~ good job!

  4. I disagree with the previous comment. This is a totally chic modern take on office furniture and I love it!

I think the original wood was much better just needed refinished, maybe just paint the top. The new look is more Jersey like…tacky.
