Materials: Klubbo Nesting Table, 1" wood screws, 2x4s, wood stain, polyurethane

Step 1: Remove top of Klubbo Nesting Table
Step 2: Measure area where you want 2x4 surface.
Step 3: Got to Home Depot or Lowes and purchase 2x4s, screws, and wood stain/ polyurethane of your choice.
Step 4: Get 2x4s cut to your liking.
Step 5: Mount wood to metal leg base, and use scrap wood as a cross support.
Step 6: Stain and polyurethane.
Step 7: Enjoy :)

Am I missing something? Why would this be better than the table top that comes with Klubbo?
ReplyDeleteIt gives a more rustic look to the nesting table, instead of the original plain ikea look. This is much sturdier and is an ikea hack, that's why it's on this website.
