Ikea studio apartment by the beach

Materials: PAX BERGSBO,STOLMEN,

Description:
I divided this studio by using the PAX BERGSBO as panels and the Stolmen as supporting columns, to create a bedroom area, and give the unit some depth. Came out good and got alot of compliments. I also mounted the TV on a Pax wardrobe.

Mounted the TV to a full motion bracket on the Pax closet, so the TV can be seen from any angle in the studio.

  3. Probably not a see thru door for the WC, if you look at the left side of the doorwell, you can see the edge of the door (it's open).

  4. Anonymous - If you look carefully, you will see that the washroom door is simply open - see that doorknob on the left, and the clear threshold?

Very nice job on the apartment! So light and airy!

  5. Could you give some specifics on mounting the Pax doors to Stolmen poles?

  6. Very nicely done, except for the reflections which really do make the bathroom seem to have a plastic door!!

    Zero for photography. LOL.

Would like to see the rest of the apartment.

  7. Ditto grumblebunny- could you explain on how you mounted the Pax doors to the poles? Are the black pieces a separate purchase that you drilled in to the doors, and then attached to the poles?

  8. Hi all! Thank you for your complements.
The washroom door is a regular door not seen in the pic because it is open as some of you explained.
The pax doors were simply mounted using the same hardware used to mount shelves as the poles were intended for.
The black thing someone asked about is molding bought from home depot to cover up the holes predesigned for hinges as these doors are supposed to mount to a closet system
    any other questions josh@trickomatics.com
