Quick table

Materials: LÄMPLIG chopping board, Vika Curry

Description: I needed a small table to put my printer on.

I couldn’t find any table suited at the Ikea store, so I hacked one together from the LÄMPLIG chopping board and used 4 Vika Curry legs to support it.

It took me 15 minutes to piece it together and for €20 in materials it wasn’t expensive.

I was JUST adding “printer table” to my already-long list of things for my bedroom re-do. Budget’s running dry, so THANK YOU for this idea!

The table is more a practical need than fun or glam, so I didnt want to spend a lot and.. tah-dah! I came across your post!

Great job. Looks like a retail piece, but was cheap, quick and seemed easy! (All 3 factors have to be present for me to even attempt anything DIY!!)

You guys on here are my heroes.

  2. Hmm, I really love the wood but I think I might try this with a different color for the legs. Still neat table!

    I think it’s kinda cute!

  4. You miss out on a lot of usable space under the table. I got myself a cheap but low thingie so I can store paper and stuff below the printer.

Slimmer legs and underneat storage would be nicer here.
