ROFL so true about Toronto. The entire real estate market in Toronto's a bloody scam. Where else would you find an entire city filled with the so called "basement apartments"?

Basement apartments are really common in pretty much every major city in the US.

Some of that would be because basements don't exist in Texas. Seriously.

ReplyDeleteIn Sydney ( Australia) a studio means a space about 290 square feet in size. A single open room includes a 'kitchenette' on one wall or in a corner and a tiny bathroom in another corner. There is no entry hall, no separate kitchen and almost never a nook for a bed, let alone a dining room/space. This apartment looks awesome to start with but I must admit the room divider is a fantastic addition. Well done.
