Ikea Vikare bed become a Jeep

Materials: Vikare bed and contact plastic (I dont know the word in English)

Description: I painted the bed Vikare white, cut out some pieces from black plastic and put it on the front of the bed. Very simple! My son loves the bed!

  1. All Jeep grills have 7 vertical vents, though I will admit that 5 seems to look better

  3. My grandson is just now getting to the age where he'd want a jeep for his bed. What a fun idea!

  9. Jeep is cool, but is that MARKLAND ikea flooring on the ceiling? If it isn't then hmm...

  10. Clever!

aduroguy: The ceiling's probably "tak-ess," a vinyl coated LDF that is quite common in Scandinavia.

  11. How cute! And how silly of me to at first jump to the conclusion that "Filip" stood for Filipino... for the Jeepneys that are prevalent in the Philippines. Should've realized that this example is too minimalistic for that. ^_^

  12. How nice design...
This design is looking like a Jeep is running in the house. However this is one of the unique bed design platform.
