Ornate custom dry erase board
Materials: Ung Drill Frame, Snow & Graham Paper
Description:
1. Spray paint frame with several (plus several more!) coats of white gloss paint
2. Cut paper and spray glue to cardboard backing
3. Draw Samoyed with white gel pen on vellum paper
4. Cut out
5. Glue to front of paper background
6. clean glass and put everything together
7. ready to write your message with dry erase pen

I love it! I wouldn't be able to draw the dog free hand - but I might try it without the dog :)

ReplyDeleteI have this frame from iKea and I have been wondering what the heck to do with it. This hack has given me an idea! I also like the chalkboard option...how did you do that Liz?
ReplyDeletedo they still sell these? I have just discovered this frame recently and it is no longer on their site. I would love to paint it a bright glossed color and make it a mirror.
