WOW, that IKEA hack turned his PC into a laptop!
ReplyDeleteKidding...nicely done.
simple & neat..the concept is important..nice!
ReplyDeleteLooks nice, but computers do get warm and putting them into a box to get hot in might seriously damage them in the long run.
ReplyDeleteIs there an actual fire hazard or is it "merely" going to harm the computer?
ReplyDeleteArerain, do you really think she put her pc into that box? How on earth would that fit?
ReplyDeleteIf you follow the link, you'll see that it's actually just cables and cords, and if you don't, you can read the same further above ;)
The desktop pc didn't morph into a laptop, but that would be cool :)
ReplyDeleteIt is only the modem, router and power bar in there. I thought of the fire hazard/excess heat thing, but it's fine. I made the hole at the back quite large to provide adequate ventilation.
i did the same but with my tv cables, dvd and WII wires... looks good but not as good as this one.
ReplyDeleteI love the newsprint on the shelf too! Excellent way to keep things tidy!
