Wall stickers on Ikea furniture. What fun!
Wall decals were all the rage a while back. Now they've made their way onto furniture too. Rick gives a chipped Ikea Klubbo coffee table the cover up. It's a pretty simple way to refresh tired furniture.

d'oh! What a great idea -- wish I'd thought of it myself. I love decals but can't commit to them because they seem kind too fad-ish on the walls. But on ikea furniture? Awesome. Love it.
ReplyDeleteCheck out etsy.com for loads of custom designed decals!
I bought a MYSINGE couch from the IKEA as is section. The table top was scratched and I used vinyle to cover the scratches. Saved about $200 on my couch.

ReplyDeleteNever think of putting decal onto furniture before.. Great idea!!
ReplyDeleteYou'll find that vinyl stickers will stick to most surfaces. However, they are best on flat surfaces, i.e. walls, windows, mirrors and fridges. On a table thats refreshing! Cool idea!
