a diaper wallet for quick change

skip hop pronto mini diaper changeremily shares a handy parent hack - turning the lycklig cd case into a mini diaper bag, great for quick outings with baby.

"i made a 'diaper wallet' inspired by the skip hop pronto mini changerskip hop pronto mini changer (pic, right) that's easier to grab for short outings and makes any bag into a diaper bag.

all i did was take a scissors to the cd pockets in the lycklig cd case (leaving a couple in for pacifiers, etc.)

now it keeps diapers from getting squashed in a larger bag and organizes everything i need for a change in one spot - for a lot less $ than the skip hop!"

  2. Great idea. Being the father of twins I can tell you one needs this kind of solution. I especially like the fact that the CD/diaper wallet has a hand wrist band…makes it just a bit easier to juggle with to kids at one time :-)

  4. Wanted to do this (great idea) but the IKEA in Pittsburgh AND Baltimore did not carry this anymore. They only had the smaller CD cases in stock. Hmmm - will have to consider another way to do this - non IKEA. (boooo!)

  5. Babies R Us has a diaper wallet for something like $10 that really does the job. It has a strap and rolls up -- a little bulky, but it has the changing pad attached (it is the body of the bag) and pockets for all the goodies.
