we kick off 2008 with this fabulous hack from shisomama! this has got to be by far the best kids' art table. love love love it!
she used a vika persbo table, painted with chalkboard paint. an index curtain rail is attached to the short end of the table to hold the roll of art paper. a magnetic bar keeps the paper down and serves as a tearing edge too.see the tutorial on shisomama's blog.
That is the most elegant, joyful hack! Only question - what does the magnetic bar 'magnet' to?
