Just getting to visit the stores is the gift. Its four hours minimum until Charlotte opens next year.

  2. All the kids in my family are getting soft toys from me. So glad IKEA has fun toys like rats and bats and spiders because I prefer to give more twisted gifts. What 4 year old girl DOESN’T want to snuggle with a stuffed rat? Oh, okay, the mama/baby fox is probably a better choice. Whatever.

Anything I receive from Ikea is a welcome and appreciated gift. If it doesn’t quite work I can always hack it into something that will!

I work at Ikea Portland. 3/4 of the X-Mas stuff is gone, so if you want something, I duggest you get it ASAP..

The potato beatle was part of my Halloween costume, as the hat for the I-cock-a-roach at the Portland store’s Haloween party!
