I wonder what line of conduit and walljacks that is.
ReplyDeleteI don't see how this is a hack. Anyone else?
ReplyDeleteWell, its changed to a new form... I don't see how it isn't a hack.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, that color does not seem to be offered in the US. It that unit varnished a different color?
Looks great. Although...is the lower shelf sagging a little bit? It almost looks like the weight of the stereo is causing the shelf to bow.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe it's just the photo.
Can I have your house?
ReplyDeletethe upper shelf seems to low to the receiver unit....might not be well ventilated for the air vent holes on the top panel of the receiver.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know where to get those metal "legs", or even what they would be called such that I can try and find someplace that sells those online?
ReplyDeleteLooks like the "legs" are 1/4" threaded rod you could find at Home Depot. You should find loads of info if you Google "diy flexy rack".
ReplyDeleteWhere do you lead the cables? Is there any way to lead them through the top shelf? I've got something similar and judging from the weight it's either hollow or filled with very light and soft material.
ReplyDeletewithin 1 month the lack will bend...
ReplyDeletethis ikea table mod is EXACTLY what i was looking for. thanks so much for the tip. it looks modern and super sharp!!
