ikea hacks as fundraisers

erica neumann shares 2 hacks she did for a fundraiser. i like the idea of using hacks to raise funds and i've been mulling over this lately. if anyone has ideas, do let me know.

erica says, "every year about 50 artists in calgary, alberta hack something from ikea for a fundraiser for the children's hospital. these were mine from a few years ago - 5 of the sheepskin rugs (the ludde?) sewn together to make a bear shaped rug.

ikea silver serving trays were spray painted navy blue. etched into afterward and then varnished.
