i would like to ask you something,
ReplyDeleteas i am interested in interior design
and i find your pictures to be interesting. I'll be frank: What is a hack?
hi orngelaurn, this site features modifications / repurposing (or hacks as we like to call it here) of ikea furniture. enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI love the way the tree looks, but I don't understand why? Is it just for decoration or are you actually supposed to use the towels??
ReplyDeleteyes, i think the towels are for use. the trees are just an interesting way to store them before they are used.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing Eric's house on Apartment Therapy. His bathroom is to die for, and I like how the Ikea trees look like sculpture with the towels.
ReplyDeleteNice! And thanks.. The only problem I see with that is.. well, I don't know about the rest of yous, but I use a hand towel more than once in my bathroom. Is this a reusable towel dispensing tree, or is this designed for one time use only? I can't imagine any of my guests being considerate enough to roll it up and put it back in the tree haha
ReplyDeletei believe those hand towels resting on the trees are just extras. i mean, he doesn't expect his guests to take one off and roll it back up after they're done.
ReplyDeleteit's just a decorative way to store extra towels (or perhaps wash cloths)
